NON-MONETARY DONATIONS
We often get calls from potential donors asking us whether we accept non-monetary donations. The answer is YES! Fundraise
Organise a fundraiser. At school. At your workplace. In your local community. We'll help you with any marketing material you need for the event.
Some suggestions of what you can do to fundraise include a bake sale, donation tins at checkouts, dress-down days, pizza parties, beer runs, concerts, school melas/fêtes or evey donate you birthday.
Feel free to get in touch with us about any ideas we can help out with.
Every little counts!
BAKE-SALE
Do you love baking? Do your friends and colleagues love your baking? Make a batch of cakes, cookies, doughnuts or pies from any spare ingredients you have in your pantry and sell them for charity!
Should you be interested in planning a Bake Sale and need us to spread the word or help you out, get in touch with us.

DONATE
When we say every little counts, we mean it! Small donations typically add up to enough money that can usually feed a couple of children a month. And as far as RKF is concerned, that is better than nothing! So we urge anyone who can place a donation tin at their supermarket or business checkout, school canteen or office water cooler to get in touch with us and we will make arrangements to get one of these tins to you.
It really doesn't matter which part of the globe you are in, we will make arrangements to get one of these tins to you if you are interested. Write an email to us or give us a call here.
DONATE YOUR BIRTHDAY
Want to do something different for your birthday this year? DONATE IT!
Quite simply, pledge your birthday to RKF and get your family and friends involved by asking them to make a small donation to RKF instead of gifting you.
On the Global Giving Project page start a birthday fundraiser and make RKF the beneficiary. Share this page on social media, or send email invites to your loved ones with the link. Ask them to leave a message wishing you a Happy Birthday so we know exactly whom to wish!

DRESS DOWN FRIDAYS AT SCHOOL/WORK
Are you bored of wearing your uniform to school everyday or do you think you could do with a break from the suit and tie to work? Plan a Dress-Down Friday at school or work and ask your colleagues to pay a small amount to be able to come to school or work in jeans! It could be as little as $3 (Ksh. 300/-) per person and that would feed a child for an entire month at school! In the process, you get to wear something more fun to school or work.
If you need any help or material to plan such an event, feel free to get in touch with us.
